MHERO 817 Maintenance and EV System Care at EVS

The 817 is MHERO's core model: a boxy, heavily engineered off-road SUV driven by four independent electric motors, which lets it vector torque wheel by wheel and turn far more tightly than its size suggests. A petrol generator extends its range so remote driving is practical, and the high-voltage pack sits inside a protected, sealed enclosure designed for water and dust. Servicing it is as much inspection as it is replacement: after real off-road use, seals, underbody protection, cooling airflow and suspension joints all need checking. At EVS we test each drive unit and inverter individually, assess battery health and thermal performance, service the generator and inspect the chassis hardware that keeps this vehicle usable.
