An electric car that will not wake up is the most common call we get, and it is very often a 12-volt battery or a charging fault rather than anything that needs a workshop. Sending a technician to the car resolves a good share of those on the spot. What mobile service is not is a substitute for a proper facility: high-voltage battery work, anything requiring a lift, and body or paint work all have to come in, and we will say so plainly rather than making two visits out of one job. The point is to save you a recovery truck when the fault does not warrant one.
